All fees must be paid in full before or at commencement of the course unless prior arrangements have been made. Please Note Certificates will only be issued once full payment has been received.

Refunds will be issued for courses when clients do not commence the training and give at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact MMTS as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements or full refund.

Participants who have difficulty in achieving the required level of competency in accredited course may be counselled and offered opportunities for a tailor made assessment programme which takes into account language, numeracy, and literacy limitations. A fee may be applicable in these circumstances and will be established, on a case by case basis, in consultation between the participant and the trainer.

Participants will be assessed against the competencies of each course offered at MMTS. A variety of methods may be used including observation, role-play, assignments, oral or written questions and answers, as appropriate.

Recognition is a form of assessment used to determine whether a person has achieved, through formal/informal learning or experience the required competencies. This allows the participant to develop new skills and knowledge rather than re-visit the same learning arena. Any person can apply for Recognition. Contact MMTS for more information or an application form. With any assessment carried out by a MMTS assessor, the course participant has a period of 3 months to appeal the assessment decision. After that period the assessment will be final.

Monch Miladinovic regards complaints as valuable feedback to improve our customer service. If you have a complaint about the standard of service MMTS provides you should refer the complaint to the person responsible for the service. Ideally, the complaint is resolved by discussion at an informal level, but if that process is not successful, then. A mediator can be called.

If a participant’s behaviour, attitude or actions are considered inappropriate or distracting to other participants, the person may be required to leave and may be dismissed from the course. In such case MMTS (at its discretion) may refund part of the fee.

In line with the national privacy principles, confidentiality is maintained in respect of all participant information and records. Accredited course and participation records are maintained for thirty years. Non-accredited courses and participant records are maintained for one year. Student records are available to course participants for a period of 30 years from the date of course attended. Applications for such records must be in writing, quoting the following pieces of information and sent to the address below.
