Target Group: All current and prospective workers involved in the service or supply of alcohol are required to complete an approver RSA course in ACT including crowd controllers & promotional staff.
Due to Monch’s extensive experience in the hospitality industry, MMTS is specialised in delivery of RSA courses in the ACT/NSW region.

Responsible Service of Alcohol involves the successful completion of the unit:
Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB201 as part of The Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package SIT07.
This course is recognised under the Australian Quality Training Framework and is Liquor Licensing Board (ACT) approved.
This course deals with the skills and knowledge requirements for responsible service of alcohol under State/Territory legislation.
COURSE CONTENT / UNITS
1. Sell or serve alcohol responsibly
2. Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
3. Assess alcohol affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused
4. Refuse to provide alcohol
Classroom based face to face training workshops incorporating multimedia presentations and interactive exercises utilising
- DVD training resource
ASSESSMENT & COMPLETION STANDARD
An interactive Question and Answer session will be conducted during the assessment timeframe, at which time workbook activities and an assessment sheet will
Role play may be incorporated for participants to demonstrate ability to deal with intoxicated persons or refuse sales or service.
Observation in the participants workplace ( where appropriate )
Upon successful completion of this course participants receive a Statement of Attainment for “Responsible Service of Alcohol” SITHFAB201 as part of Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package SIT07.
