Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Course Development Overview  
 

This course teaches licensees/permit holders and their staff the legislative requirements that must be adhered to when serving or supplying alcohol under the Liquor Act 2010. MMTS is ORS (Liquor Licensing) approved to conduct the RSA Training course in ACT. Registration Number RSA2011-014

About Us  
   
  MMTS training solutions was formed by Monch Miladinovic with an aim to provide classroom based, face to face, training specific to the needs of industry that sell and serve alcohol To engender long term training partnerships with industry providers to ensure their staff and prospective workers are trained to meet minimum regulation requirements and also to assess their Employability Skills. Utilising 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry, 3 years working as a qualified trainer / assessor for a leading training organisation and extensive consultation and collaboration with regulatory bodies (Liquor licensing board), industry providers, such as Mooseheads pub / night club, and also searching online sites such as ANTA, Edna, DEST and DEEWR for resources and guides a training package / program was compiled that would:  
 

• Meet the specific needs of the target group
• Address human resource needs for business
• Manage the administrative work involved in training
• Ensures business compliance with government legislation
• Provide training options that are accessible, flexible and customised
• Provide all relevant training materials and ensure they comply with the AQTF
• Provide an assessment process that is valid , reliable , flexible and fair utilising different strategies based on the target group
• Provide relevant work and learning pathways to the community
• Ensure training that is provided by suitably qualified trainers ( Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104 ) and in particular with extensive industry experience
• Identify current industry practices and expectations
• Gather and monitor participant feedback
• Regularly review and update the training package in line with industry needs
